On Going Assignments

1. Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL): October 2015 - On-going

The Bank has outsourced their Bancassurance Unit to KFA from 2015.

Our scope of work entailed, establishment and execution of Bank’s Bancassurance Strategies including Organizational setup, Resource Planning & Execution, Resources Hiring, Achieving the set sales & revenue targets along with overseeing the operational aspects of this function.

Pursuant to the announcement of Rastra Bank’s notice to close new Bancassurance Business from the beginning of the year 2076, KFA’s scope is now involved in managing Non Life & Life Insurance Renewal business.

KFA has successfully completed the first term of contract and renewed for another 5 years of service delivery.

2. HBL Capital Limited (A 100% Investment Banking subsidiary of Himalayan Bank Ltd)

KFA is the Management Consulting Partner of Himalayan Capital Limited, which is an upcoming Merchant Bank, licensed by Securities Exchange Board of Nepal (SEBON).

KFA is responsible & accountable for Overall Management Consulting of HBL Capital.

KFA’s scope of work entails Organisation establishment, appointment of all resources, including the Chief Executive Officer, Development of Policies & Standard Operating Procedure, Branding & Marketing Campaigns, Product Sales & Market Penetration Strategy, and Setting up of all required Units of the Organization.

3. Star Hospital

Star Hospital Limited is a multi-specialty, state of the art hospital, committed to providing world-class healthcare services to our patients, at affordable rates. Star hospital is a 100-bed, state of the art healthcare facility, offering a wide range of medical, surgical and diagnostic services.

KFA Consulting manages their Administration & HR department as Management Advisor along with deputation of two experienced staff members to support day today activities.

KFA was involved in the diagnosis process and now is involved in the process to deliver the following policies for the Hospital

  1. HR Policy
  2. Administration Policy
  3. Finance Policy

4. Kedia Organization

KFA has been involved in Kedia Organisation from September 2018, and has successfully completed the following assignments:

Overall HR System Diagnosis including Review Of Existing HR Policy, Structuring & Finalization of the Reviewed ‘HR Policy’ (Including Organization Structure) in line with new Labor Law.

The final deliverables included:

  • HR Policy including SOP’s
  • Restructuring of Organization Structure
  • System Diagnostics and Implementation Plan as per New Policy framework.

We have already started with the implementation phase by deputing a senior and experienced resource as Head HR & Administration Manager supported by two prominent lead Consultants. KFA is responsible to smoothly manage HR & Administration department of Kedia Organisation.
